Jason (Jay) Fradd - President, Dunright Homes, Inc.

Jay formed Dunright Homes after working for a custom builder in the Columbus, Ohio market for two years. In 2003, Jay graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Business Administration with majors in Finance & Business Pre-Law. Following graduation Jay received his Real Estate license, participated in the construction of spec homes, & assisted in the supervision of the construction process for his clients. After spending his whole life in the fast paced area of Columbus, Ohio Jay decided to relocate his efforts to the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Now the family business has begun and each person plays an integral part in the day to day operations.

Jim Fradd - Vice President, Dunright Homes, Inc.

Jim brings over 30 years of real estate and construction experience to Dunright Homes. A member of the BIA (Builders Industry Association) as well as being a Realtor, Jim's profession over the past 30 years has been strictly based on the sale and construction of homes. Jim's approach to the construction process is to be upfront with the client (problems will arise during the construction process) but it is how you resolve those mistakes that matter. Dunright Homes' and Jim's ultimate goal is to build homes that exceed the expectations of the clients and have no hesitation showing them to their family and friends.

Sue Fradd - Secretary & Treasurer, Dunright Homes, Inc.

Sue brings a great deal of structure, order, & meticulous attention to details to Dunright Homes. Sue has also played an integral role in Jim's real estate business since 1985. In addition, she is President of National Relocation Services, a corporation which offers services to corporate transferees and others relocating throughout the United States.
